Dr Collins is professor of sports management and chair of the Department of Sport Science at Chowan University and has extensive experience in college athletic leadership. He formerly served as the athletic director at NCAA Division I Campbell University and at Brevard College overseeing their transition from NAIA to NCAA Division II.
